Thats salt fork for you. I fished today and only caught one short fish. Sitting right on a rock in about 8 inches of water. Last time out I managed 18 17 wrre short in 14 inch range. The one keeper went 3. 10. Lost one in thr 5-6 pound range. Very depressing xause that fish would've won the tournament for me.

I have a love hate relationship with that lake for the vary same reasons you guys have said. Seems like when i'm catching alot of fish, I can't get one to measure. The tournaments i've won there were like 6 bite days and it seemed like every fish you caught was a good one. That place still drives me crazy!

I agree with Bub. I like the years we drop that lake and go north.
