Harnesses with wts., Jets or Dipsys; spooons behind jets or Dipsy; and cranks with or without wts are all catching right now.

No they mean inline weights. 2oz and 3oz trolling weights for example. Used in place of jets and dipseys! That's what they mean.

Dipsys are a great tool. They are hands down the quickest way to get a hooked fish in the boat and the line reset.

Harnesses, spoons, and shallow diving cranks can all be run behind Dipsys, all with the same 6' leaders.

With experience it's is not a big deal to run 4 on each side of the boat.

If that's what you're used to, I'd sure stick with them.

So far this year spoons have out fished harnesses on my boat. Using big boards and a mix of jets and 2 and 3 oz inlines. I fish 3 to 4 rods off each side and usually 1 dipsey per side. And 2 off downriggers. Depends on how many people on board and what works for that day.
