Lake erie lodge Corduroy Road

Anybody stayed at the Lake Erie lodge on Corduroy Road and can give me an honest/fair assessment of what it is like? Know a guy looking for place to put a tour group up a for a night. Doesn't have to be four star, but it's the kind of group you want something clean with a good bed. He was asking me and I have been by but never inside. Room pictures look decent on the website, but I've been there done that on that one. If you want to PM me, fine and it goes no further than me.

Yep, a little rough and summer rate prices are up there with nice motels in port Clinton
