Legal spots ?

I recently just got a retriever for my bow and want to know some good spots around canal fulton / Manchester for shooting Carp. I've bow fished before without the retriever in small creeks where I could walk out and get my arrow. But now I have the advantage of larger body's of water. I just don't want to cause a hassle to the civilians around me. Anybody have any good spots ? Not looking for a honey hole just specific bodys of water

I am not sure where you are located. But you can bowfish just about all public water.Just look up your local laws about where you can and can not in your general aera.

Desperado pretty much has it, public water is generally open to shoot. If you can fish you can usually bowfish. If there is any question though be sure to check with the local DNR. Some lakes dont allow it, others allow it only in the day time, and a variety of other regs. If youre not 100% sure a quick phone call should clear it up. Not to mention a lot of time they'll point you in the right direction to find fish
