spillways for saugeye

i happpened to be up by indian lake on sunday and decided to try the spill way, caught 2 saugeye, 13 1/2 and 15. nothing huge compared to im just starting fishing for them this year after my first maumee river experince. indian is a long drive for me, i was wonderin if south side of alum and hoover is good? they have spillways with saugeye right? tips?
