Need help Deep water fishing

Hello all Iam wanting to trailer my boat to central Lake Erie to fish those deep water walleye in july and Aug.I cant troll because i dont have a kicker motor and my outboard is a 2 stroke.So i was wondering if there was any way to cast or drift for those eyes I know they usally hang out in the 50 ft. to all the way to the bottom any Ideas or ways to catch those eyes would be greatly appericated you can email me at ryanm163@gmail.com thanks to all
