Memorial day weekend. What is everyone cooking? I am keeping is semi simple. Ribs, chicken breast, a little salmon and I am not sure what else. Looking for ideas!
no smoke this week end ribs are ready, just did 20#Canadian bacon yesterday. I did 10for me and 10 for a friend, he was going to take to Mich but has to work sun/mon$$$$$$$$$$$ said he was going to buy more pork with ot
fish fry, ribs, pork butt and chicken legs tomorrow. It is going to be hot, so I will be sure to stay very hydrated all day Then off to the lake for some perchin on Sunday.
I bought a propane fish fryer this weekend for the fish fry. Man, I will never go back to the electric fryer when cooking a lot of fish. I cut the time down by about 2/3. I bought a Cajun Injector brand for $30 at Rural King in Wooster. Can't beat the value and it comes with a clip on thermometer
Kept it simple, too ......... big slab of ribs & a whole chicken, Wife made some doctored up baked beans I threw on & that's it for the smoke. Simple, easy, & amazing !! Falling into a food coma as I type this.
We had four racks BBQ smoked ribs, about 6 dozen smoked burgers and 12 dozen smoked hot dogs, smoked pulled pork, 4 smoked infra red cooked chickens pulled, and ton of side dishes. Also not enough people to finish the food. LOL

That's terrible that you did not have enough people to eat all of that delicious food. Rogers is not that far from Salem and I could have rescued you from that terrible dilema.
