I might do a few fatties if I get time between fishing and staining the deck here at the lake.

I bought a propane fish fryer this weekend for the fish fry. Man, I will never go back to the electric fryer when cooking a lot of fish. I cut the time down by about 2/3. I bought a Cajun Injector brand for $30 at Rural King in Wooster. Can't beat the value and it comes with a clip on thermometer

Default well

We had four racks BBQ smoked ribs, about 6 dozen smoked burgers and 12 dozen smoked hot dogs, smoked pulled pork, 4 smoked infra red cooked chickens pulled, and ton of side dishes. Also not enough people to finish the food. LOL

That's terrible that you did not have enough people to eat all of that delicious food. Rogers is not that far from Salem and I could have rescued you from that terrible dilema.
