Put it back together now its hard to turn by hand and sounds like its grinding in the back. can some one help me on my **** up .
are you talking abought the screws behind the prop.were the sher pin and shaft are in the fron if so then im betting the the bushing are not in place now,its build like a car starter were the bushing meet the winding or it pushed out and its not back in place were its shouild be,and with you running it at that stage you my have to have it fix,not good, markfish
If you can't figure it out call Rod's TM Repair (724-3126) He's out by East Fork Lake. He does good work and he's resonable. I've beat up a few TM's over the years and he's fixed them w/ no problems.
I'm guessing something is out of place, they can be tricky. One trick guys use to hold the brushes in while putting it back together are paper towel or toilet paper tubes. You can find schematics online if you want to take it apart and put it back together proper.

thanks. took it up their tues grate guy think i got their at 3:30 had me out the door with it by 3:45 dont know how but man i messed it up
lets just say when i tryed to put it back together, the 1st time i kinda hit it with a hammer.. im kinda a dumby for that one. rule number 1 if it don't go dont force it. but any ways i messed up the rod. he replaced that and the hole thing that goes to it and the foot peddle butting fried up don't know how i did that it wouldn't do the clicking noise. replaced both things for 50$,, o yeah make sure you take MONEY not a check card he don't take that. if i get my deck done tomorrow ill be back out on the lake thurs.
