Friday wipers

Hello all had another great day yesterday despite the river being up and muddy. Caught close to 50 fish from sheep heads whites and wipers being the majority. Got a little bonus with one of the wipers had a red fin hooked in its side......sorry phone does this....lol

What Dam was that???

US guys, UP HERE (NCumberland Dam) Would really LOVE a tad more story,
and or even a pic of what they are hitt'n,,, Plugs, Jigs, GULP? etc.(don't care if it's UP-SIDE-DOWN)
As you may have read, We have a kinda crappy place to fish below the dam.
Us OLD GUYS (w worn-out knees, bad backs, & lots of replacement parts!) gotta try to go down a 30'+ very rocky bank, with gear,,, and that's like 300yds from the white water,,, AND on the week-end, THAT'S AFTER A .9mi WALK!
OR we get to stand on a slanting 15' off-the-water-wing-wall that's JUST OUT OF CASTING REACH (Rivarat can do it,,, but he has 6' ARMS! )
AND if we're in a boat, the 'STOP' bouys are at the end of the 1000' lock wall!
1000' away from the dam.

OK,,, I'm done whin'n,,, I'm just GREEN with envy,,,
& I'm just hoping that MAYBE SOMEDAY, some fisherman friendly GOD will hear my plead, and build US a nice, safe place to enjoy fishing at the NC dam/ river.
