When: Saturday, May 5, 2012 9:00 a.m.
Gone fishing!! Come and join the Trout Derby sponsored by the Green Kiwanis and Green Parks & Recreation on Saturday, May 5, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Boettler Park. The Trout Derby is for children 12 years of age and younger. Please bring your own fishing pole and bait. Please call the Parks & Recreation office to pre-register, 330-896-6621 or register online. Boettler is a good all around pond to take the kids to (and us kids are heart) but, this trout derby man I have seen some good ones come out of there (even in the middle of summer!) As far as prizes last time I took my cousin he received a free tackle box from Berkley? Not 100% sure it was a few years back. Figured I'd pass along some information good luck
