Mad Today

Got there before the monsoon started. Started in Urbana and drove north. Water was moving pretty good but not blown out.
Nothing around Urbana. Headed north to 29. Nothing there. Way north to Belf near the head waters. Right before the front came through the rain stopped and some BWO came off. Saw some very small fish rise but no takers.
I like that area close to the head waters.
Fished one time a few years ago near the trout club. Caught a few nice fish that must have come out of the club during high water.
First time on the Mad in a few years. Hard place to fish but it was nice to get out.

Nice report! With all of this rain, I don't think it will be fishable this weekend. I drive over the Scioto and Walnut on the way home every day, and they are WAY up down here in Pickaway county.
