Papasmurf...I am assuming that was you who called. I tried to call back and got no answer. yes buttonwood is just to the west of us. they have a box at the entrance with registration cards/envelopes....

As of yesterday there were more boats in front of the campground, anchored closer to BG. Boats seemed to be doing pretty well yesterday!

Honestly there are not too many trying. most are still heading to Orleans. I fished from the bank up this way Wednesday and there certainly are fish up here. Just hard to wade.

I wouldn't say that report is inaccurate after fishing a couple hours in the afternoon. I saw and heard of quite a few limits caught today.
