Ends up being less than 40% for me after I get...

Ends up being less than 40% for me after I get them home and filet the meat off of the skin.

My wife and kids won't eat 'em with the skin on, so it is what it is.

Yeah, they bottom fish there. It's really shallow on the lake side in that area, and the channel is narrow. I've not caught much there over the years, and I think there are better places to fish.
