Wish I was--my twin 8 year old girls both made softball all-stars and we have been practicing every night for next weekends tournament. I am heading north up Rt. 11 early Sat. morning though. Towing my 17' boat up to the cottage for the rest of the season. I plan on taking the deep-v 14 footer w/a 9.9 that we launch off our beach and do some trolling. I see the waves are supposed to be 1 to 3 so I may even do some old school drifting with a harness and a bottom bouncer. I picked three up last Sat like that.
Fortunately being at the cottage affords me many water spout sightings and pictures. We saw 8 at one time a couple of years ago in the early Fall. I can send you some pictures if you want. They are scary, cool, and beautiful!

Hey there brother!
I was just off the west wall day before yesterday and turned around faster that I've ever done before! There was a water spout due north of the lighthouse maybe 2 miles or less. When I sat down a moment ago, I was just wondering if you were up in Conneaut and if you happend to see it?
