wow dude, Im sorry. I just found this message today that you left me over 4 months ago! Wasn't trying to ignore you or anything.

Honestly, i havent been fishing too much this year and 95% of what Ive done has been in my backyard pond. I live walking distance from the scioto but have only been down there twice this spring. I'd love to set something up if you want to go out somewhere wading or otherwise but the truth is I dont have much knowledge to pass on...i have no boat and only fish what i can walk to. if you dont find that too discouraging then feel free to blow me up on my email... its tom@bananahands.com (no joke).

also, if youre no opposed I'd love to get a look at yout pond. Ive seen some of the pics you've posted and it looks fantastic. I rebuilt my 1.25 acre pond about 5 years ago and its finally starting to get where I want it. Im having some issue getting lilys established because of my Amurs but thats really my only complaint.

I'm trying to find out if golden shiners could have spawned after only one year from being fry. I've seen references to that but I believe they come from southern states that have a long growing season. Of course our pond is very fertile. I dropped some green tree branches in it and one is above the water. This branch is completely severed from the trunk. This is the third year and it comes back. That which is above the water puts out new leaves and is growing. I find that very strange.

I have someone that wants me to get rid of all the blue that is in there pond. Any ideas other than pumping the water out. There is so much die in there it changed people white swim trunks to blue. Any easy ways to change that?

Wanted to let you know that I found a base mount that slides on and off boat, looks like it will solve problem. Thanks!

i remember seeing or reading that somebody was interested in getting some sauger and i found a site that says to call for pricing. Click on that banner that has the ATAC in it. It was right there when i was viewing the OFG main forum page. you'll find the sauger listed in the 'fish specialty game species' it says to call for prices ------you can type faster than me. i might be adding a few sauger my self. what do you think those perch eggs pics i posted look like to you? beemoth
