I'm a law student/fisherman at Ohio State from Michigan now living at Runaway Bay. Having fished my whole life on the trophy musky/smallmouth rich Lake St. Clair, I'm new - not to mention extremely spoiled - to fishing anywhere else. Since moving to Runaway Bay I've wondered how the fishing was in the quarry.

I was hoping that you've fished the quarry here at Runaway Bay and might be able to give me ANY information/advice about fishing it. Basically, what species live in there? What do they bite on? Thanks in advance.

Also, where are good places to wade in the river around here?

Hey fishingredhawk, I am currently attending Miami University and was reading some of your comments and threads about fishing 4 mile creek. I went a couple of times in the fall near the old wood covered bridge with marginal success. I was wondering if you could let me know some of the better spots you have fished on the 4 mile creek.
