I want to go trout fishing on the Mad River. I have gone twice my dad caught one, I have caught none. Please help!!! Where to go? What bait? How to fish it?

I know there is really good fly fishing for trout in the miami valley near dayton. I love to spin fish so i was wondering if there was a place to catch 5" trout or bigger? If so what are the baits i use to catch them? Are there any special areas?

hi it's joey the guy who caught the 24" pike with scott conner. and i was wondering what lake i should go to i want to stay one or to nights over the March 24 weekend. my dad says i can go anywhere within 4 hours of dayton. i want to be able to catch crappie and bass and a bunch of other really big fish. i want a lake where i can use a motor.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLAESE WRITE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
