I went Sat. morn. and had a great time there, went with and met some friends there. Of course Walt Shockley was there with his Freedom Hawk, ran into Handy Al, we all hung out some. There were lots of displays and plenty of kayaks. A co-worker of mine brought a Moken 10 kayak. Spoke with a lot of people and some of the outfitters. Talked with John and Nick From Clintonville Outfitters and kinda sold a Manta Ray 2011 for them. I was talking to John, and a guy asked him about the Manta Ray and john told him to ask me, since i own one. So i turned into a salesman telling him about what i liked and how i accessorized mine. Well about 2 hours later the guy came up to me and said he brought the kayak on my recommendation and that i should go get my commission. Well John, Nick and i had a laugh, and then John gives me a 50% discount on a Dive Knife.
I wasn't to impress with the outside yard sale, but all in all for me it was worth the trip especially with the weather we have been having.
