The Ohio Smallmouth Alliance (TOSA) is an organization of anglers and conservationists dedicated to improving smallmouth bass fishing in Ohio's watersheds through education, habitat preservation and responsible management. Anglers must work together to improve their fishing; by working as a united group, we can accomplish far more than by acting alone.
